People also use singing bowls to heal, but I have not used these for healing, the only time I have used a singing bowl is in when I am attuning a student to a Reiki Level, I will not comment on their use. Pink and Green are the colours of this Chakra.

PINK:
We all know pink to be the colour of the heart and of love and happiness

GREEN:
Green is the balance between the warm extroverted spectrum of red, orange and yellow and the cool introverted colours of blue, indigo and violet. Thus green stimulates feelings of balance, harmony, peace hope, growth and healing. It is found everywhere in nature, symbolizing the abundant, replenishing forces of the universe. Green reminds us that there will always be enough.
The Third Eye Chakra is situated between our eyebrows.
It has 96 petals.
It governs the left eye, the lower brain, the nose and nervous system.
The endocrine gland is the pituitary
It is associated with the higher mental.
Colors for this Chakra are Indigo or Purple
Crystal for this Chakra is Amethyst

It is the center for extra sensory perception, intuition, clairvoyance and telepathy. The two physical eyes and the third eye make the triangle of the one eye that sees all as divine. The clarity of the third eye is blocked if we are prejudice or judgmental.

It oversees the activities of all the chakras below. It deals with developing and trusting intuition, allowing the souls knowledge to come through to develop high sense perception to assist in life. Like the other chakras the third eye has been abused and needs to be balanced and cleansed.

The energy around the third eye can be very strong. It can be intimidating to weaker mental personalities. When balanced the third eye vibrates to the colors of indigo or violet.

PURPLE:
As with blue, purple affects are calming, soothing and comforting. Quite often purple is associated with psychic awareness and intuition. Purple stimulates our spiritual perspective and intuition. Purple is also considered a color of royalty, it brings with it a sense of responsibility and purpose. Purple cleanses our deepest soul and sets us onto the paths we have chosen long ago. Deep love is also an aspect of purple.
